He didn’t have any unique written traits, and for the most part, the events that the others around him caused were the stimulus of much of the comedy. The funniest character in my opinion was Brian’s mom, who was played by a dude, Terry Jones. His mom reminded me of my Central Perk Luke’s that’s what I do I drink coffee and I know things shirt but anything.
She said or did was funny because Terry Jones took full advantage of his wacky situation and created a new character, different from a drag, but less serious than any performance that should be taken seriously. There were a handful of unforgettable scenes and reoccurring gags, like the stoning’s and Biggus Dickus’s spoof of Pontius Pilate.
Although this movie is filled to the brim with pure comedy. I’m not giving Life of Brian a higher rating. They feel that it had a lot or potential to be much better than it was, given the constructed concept and Central Perk Luke’s that’s what I do I drink coffee and I know things shirt of comedy writers. Life of Brian is still worth your time, but I can’t rate it as highly as some of Monty Python’s other movies, because they’re simply funnier. I still want to do more research on this movie. Creep is one of those one-of-a-kind movies that encompasses some sort of obscurity. In this instance. The entire film only has two on-screen character. While retaining the found-footage style editing.
I’ll admit, the combination of these two styles defined the film’s unpredictable nature. The film’s vague creepiness could be primarily attributed to Mark Duplass’s riveting performance. The guy acts creepier than he even looks. Creep has a relatively low time duration, which enforces efficient pacing. The pacing of Central Perk Luke’s that’s what I do I drink coffee and I know things shirt may have been the film’s best tactic, considering the abundance of twists in such a small time frame prevented the audience from absorbing critical sequences that would shake the audiences upon processing, rather than getting spooked. In reality, the whole movie is spooky. Creators wanted to tell the story in the briefest way possible.
